Pat's is unique in that it seems that it is one of those places, being a chain, where each location is vastly different. I have spoken to many people who have had varying experiences from many different Pat's locations, but the only one I have ever been to is the one in Holmes. We have been coming to Pat's for several years. While I have never been absolutely blown away by anything there, they have a consistent menu with an array and items, great deals for lunches, passable pizza and pastas, and everything that is ordered is done extremely fast, and if you have it delivered is delivered so fast, you hardly have time to get off the phone before it's at your house. I'm really not sure how they pull the speediness off, but it's definitely a plus when it's a very hectic night and you've decided you just don't have the energy it takes to out dinner together for the family. I have never dined in the location but have gone in several times for pick up and have seen generally the same faces behind the counter and everyone has always been extremely nice. Not once have I ever been given slow or rude service, and have also never had a long wait even if my order is not completely ready when I've arrived. However, almost every time I am in the restaurant there are many people here and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and plenty of others picking up orders. Not usually a creature of habit, I have found that we have ordered from Pat's enough, especially for lunch, that I choose the same few items almost every single time, having had enough time to sift through the menu and find what I really like. On this particular occasion, I went with the Italian hoagie, splitting onion rings as an extra little treat. Pat's is a great, consistent spot that I will keep going to in a pinch, and if you're in the area, you should too. They offer a rewards program that every once in a while results in a nice amount off your order. You're not going to find anything here that you will rave about, but you can be sure that you're never going to be unhappy, and that consistency and fast ability to please makes them a winner in my book and has saved my family time and time again from a disaster evening of not having planned for dinner.
OMG!!!! They have The BEST rice pudding I have ever tasted in my life!!!!!! Absolutely phenomenal!
Also solid. Even though it's a chain in name only, this location feels like a local pizza spot. Their stuffed pizza is fantastic (the cheesesteak one is amazing). The old fashioned white pizza with tomatoes and brocolli and ricotta is hands down the top 5 best white pizzas I've ever had in my life. Wings are good (unsauced I like that option) and their garlic knots are good. Counter staff are really lazy and unresponsive but they're teenage girls, so it goes with the age I guess? Don't order on Grubhub or any other platform. Use their website for online ordering and gain points and coupons over time.
Fast delivery. Had a thin crust pepperoni pizza. It was awesome. Plenty of pepperonis and there was actually sauce in there. The hot buffalo wings weren't dry and tasted awesome. Definitely found my spot here.
